1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sage AI platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Use License
Sage AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these terms. You shall not:
- Modify, duplicate, or reverse engineer the AI reasoning engine.
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass security guardrails or adversarial prompt detection.
3. Agentic Execution
You acknowledge that Sage is an agentic AI system capable of executing actions (e.g., processing refunds, updating inventory). You are responsible for configuring the Platform's permissions and oversight parameters correctly within your enterprise stack.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the absolute correctness of AI-generated responses or autonomous actions in all edge cases.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advent AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
