Yes. The Conversation Explorer shows every session across all agents in real time. You can filter by agent, customer identity, date, or pending action status and view the full message timeline for any session.
How does Sage flag sensitive actions?
For any irreversible action such as a refund, cancellation, or return, Sage creates a pending confirmation record and highlights the session in the Explorer. No destructive operation runs until an operator explicitly approves it.
What commerce data is visible per session?
The Commerce State Panel shows the full product recommendation history, cart contents, and checkout URL generated within each conversation. This makes it easy to understand exactly where a shopper was in their purchase journey.
Can analytics data be exported?
